First time there, servicing my car. Nice setup up, very organized, clean process. I was there only for a maintenance service but from I saw worth it. Received a video explaining what was done to my car, I like better the the usual verbal explanation. At least u can actually see what was done. 👍

I ordered a car in August. After chasing them around for info on it for almost six months, they finally came back to me in February telling me it had arrived and the price increased nearly 20%...first b/c its a "strong market" and then b/c "we did the math wrong the first time". Chris lacks in management decisions and doesn’t know how to handle customer escalations when asked about my concerns on a LandRover I purchased from there he couldn’t resolve the matter so he told me ask for the sales person who sold me the car. NO VALUE for the customer!!

Doug Bertrand went out of his way to not only ensure we had an (unscheduled) loaner; but, he had out Land Rover repaired well in advance of end of day, which enabled our family to continue on with our commitments, without interruption - splendid!
My experience showed them to be unethical and deceptive. Always get a second opinion when dealing with the service department here. My 2016 Range Rover HSE diesel was brought in with a DEF warning that basically said poor quality DEF detected, car will not start in xxx miles. My service relationship manager (different from the actual service technician) called me back promptly and said that a new catalytic converter system was needed and the cost would be $6,900. I went to Ray Catena LR-Edison for the second time in 3 years. Outstanding customer service once again - no pressure, customer focus, extremely responsive, and respectful - this time with Vincent Gambardella. And on picking up my Velar 2020, it was a pleasant surprise to learn all about the Velar from Danny - he had done the same amazing job he did when I picked up my Jaguar 35t F-Pace in Mar 2017! Highly recommend both gentlemen - and hats off to both.
